Following the success of album Phoenix which featured Rozycki violin, Janusz Wawrowski is releasing a Noturne from the same composer as a single.
Różycki composed his Nocturnes at times he studied in Berlin where he met R. Strauss - his great composing inspiration. Due to "Young Poland in Music" group Różycki have met Paul Kochański - a great violinist of their times. Kochański collaborated with K. Szymanowski, S. Prokofiev and I. Stravinsky on their violin concertos. He was also a great inspiration for Szymanowski to create his exceptional composing style. Różycki dedicated both his Nocturnes to Paul Kochański but he was not able to collaborate with him on his Violin Concerto (Kochański died in New York in 1932).
