The EUROPAKONZERT celebrates the founding of the Berliner Philharmoniker on 1 May 1882 and takes place in a different location of cultural history each year. In celebration of 30 years of EUROPAKONZERT, this box set features more than 48 hours of world-class classical music on 31 Blu-ray discs, including the 2020 concert from the pandemic year as well as the never-released anniversary concert from Berlin from 2021.
Many conductors and famous soloists have participated in the Europakonzert over the years, thereby creating a memorable uniqueness in every concert. Additional and extensive documentaries about the respective European cities in which the concerts took place, enrich a large number of the included Blu-rays.
