The first project from TUNE YOUR MIND [by RIOPY] is Meditation 66, an innovative 21-day meditation program. Part-album, part-mindfulness-training program, Meditation 66 is an invitation to those who are curious about meditation but unsure of where to start. “It’s tough for a lot of people at the moment,” says RIOPY of the motivation behind TUNE YOUR MIND[by RIOPY]. “We all know it; we feel it.” Originally crafted as his personal audio tools for practicing focus and mindfulness, RIOPY now shares these tracks with his fans and like minded meditation practitioners.
Meditation 66 offers a program of 21 meditation tracks, guiding 21 days of meditation practice - after which listeners “graduate” to two longform meditation tracks (respectively 22 and 66 minutes in length). The tracks blend binaural beats with RIOPY’s iconic minimalist piano.
