Debussy: Études, La plus que lente, Fantaisie pour piano et orchestre

The legendary complete Debussy solo piano collection recorded by Walter Gieseking in 1953-1954 has remained a model for generations of pianists. This final volume includes the Études and various short, isolated pieces such as La plus que lente, Tarantelle styrienne or the Valse romantique. We have also included his rendition of the Fantaisie with the Hesse Radio Symphony Orchestra conducted by Kurt Schröder.
