Artista protagonista:
Georges Sébastian, Orchestre de l'Opéra national de Paris, Tito Gobbi
Maria Callas’ premiere in Paris (the city in which she would spend her final years) was such a big event in 1958 that the concert was broadcast on television, which was quite rare for the time. The concert was made of extracts from the most famous Italian operas, from Norma to Il trovatore, and includes the complete second act from Tosca, with Tito Gobbi joining as Scarpia to recreate their legendary duo.
