Whether playing Schubert with Martha Argerich, Brahms with the Danish String Quartet, or Mozart with the Netherlands Radio Symphony Orchestra, David Orlowsky makes his clarinet sing like few others can.

Besides his concert and recording activities he works as a composer as well: In 2023, he successfully premiered his clarinet quintet "The Clockmaker" with the Quartetto di Cremona, and in the summer of 2024, the premiere of his clarinet concerto "Shadow Dancer" received standing ovations in the Great Hall of the Elbphilharmonie.
